Eligibility Criteria for UIDAI Recruitment 2025

1. Educational & Professional Requirements:
- Central Government Officers: Should have held an analogous post regularly, or have at least three years of service in Pay Matrix Level 7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400) or five years of service in Pay Matrix Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400).
- State Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organizations Officers: Must have held regular posts in corresponding grades with required experience.
2. Desirable Skills:
Candidates should have experience in areas like:
- Administration, Legal Affairs, Human Resources, Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, Procurement, Vigilance, Project Implementation, E-Governance, etc.
- Basic skills for working in a computerized office environment.
Salary & Benefits
The selected Section Officer will receive a salary in the Pay Matrix Level-8 of the 7th CPC (₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100), along with other government perks and allowances.
Tenure of the Appointment
The appointment is initially for 5 years, but the lending organization may relieve the officer earlier as per their policy. However, the minimum tenure is 3 years.
